Tristan and Isolde
Hola everyone! Oh, no, I did not come home from Spain or Mexico. I am thoughtless and simply couldn't find a proper way to greet my on line friends and visitors and neither did I title this journal entry 'Post no.17' - I am proud to say that this entry is titled Tristan and Isolde, which is totally unbecoming and hasn't got anything in common with the words I say (in other words, 'kiksnila sem'). However, this layout is just provisional with some new contents. Unfortunately, my Imagery is currently closed, because I have taken a lot of new photographs in the meantime and also want to upload a new layout. Like I already said, I will probably open it on the first of July.
Me and my friend T. went out today and she was all moody again. Is she so unhappy? Okay, I admit, I am the most boring person, but, you know, she thinks she is oh so pretty and interesting, while she is just so...repulsive. I have been competing with her since the age of twelve and I am slowly getting tired of it. It has always been like this: she thinks I am an elitist and I think she is just a parvenu. Our friendship is weird. We saw our ex-classmate with his girlfriend and he ignored us; how important we are! Whenever I see other people kissing, I blush or just get confused. Let me continue with the story now - we sat down at Evropa (my favorite restaurant) and had a pizza, called 'Bonn'; all their pizzas are named by a big city, such as Stockholm, Paris and London. Our pizza had a lot of ruccola on it and I thought I was eating grass (my dad loves ruccola!). It wasn't as good as I expected it to be. We went for a short walk then.
I believe it's getting late now, so I'll switch off my computer and go to bed. I hope you all have a nice month and don't forget to visit my Imagery!

I adore this layout. It's so simple, and.. perfect..! As usual. I really like the rollover on the site title. Argh, you make me jealous :) Wait, so are you in Spain..? It sounds like an interesting friendship you have there. Is it sort of like on of those things where everything just.. is..? I'm not sure how to explain it.
Ruccola? I don't think I've ever had any before. (I get really uncomfortable, too, when people kiss in front of me. Even in the movies! Haha.)
You seem to travel so much! Are you at home right now? I can never keep track of where you are :)

You and your friend sound like opposites of each other, in a way. You guys complement each other though. It's like me and my friend; I'm the quiet one and she's the loud one, but we hang out together and people always wonder how it works when we're both so different.
You're so lucky to travel so much and to taste all these foods! I'd like to try some ruccola pizza sometime.
Hehe, I don't know much about naming cameras - Oscar? I never knew. I named my violin, though.

Digital cameras are so much fun. I bought myself a completly new one earlier this year I love it to death. It doesn't have a name though, maybe it should? Your camera looks very cool :D Your pictures are really nice too. I hope your friend stops with the mood swings, hanging out wih friends like that is NO fun at all. At least the friends I have when they're at it.
I think it's my first time to your site and I love the layout. It's so simple but awesome. Anyways.. I used to get all blushy when I see couple kissing but not now. After the breakup with my ex, i feel like a knife cut thru my heart when i see couple kissing. I miss my ex that much.

I would have no idea how to live with a friend like that. I'd be the green eyed jealous monster and I wouldn't hang around her.

Yep! I'm moving soon and I just can't wait... I'm sick of the dump I live in now! *Sigh* The heat and the kindergarten next door is seriously driving me up the wall!

Congrats on the new Olympus camera! Its name is Oscar? O_o M-hmm. I just discovered that my digicam doesn't have a name! :O I guess "camera" will do. :D
Your hover tooltips are very neat, it's similar to the script I use, only it's faster and moves when the cursor moves. :)
Wow. I discovered something else today; blogger's comments close up when I click on it! On the top line with the name. I can't believe I haven't noticed this before. XD

Yesterday I had a conversation with a 29-year-old man from Panama. (I was chatting on mIRC under my alias of `Mimi.) He only spoke Spanish, and I speak Spanish... but I had not spoke in it about a year and was appalled at myself due to how much I had forgotten and how un-fluent I had become. Still, I was able to communicate with him.
Your "hola" just adds on to my desire to be able to speak conversational Spanish again.
